Return & Exchange Policy
Products are only eligible for return and exchange until 3 business days starting from the date of delivery.
Zenith Lifestyle holds 100% right over canceling your return or exchange request at any given time or condition.
Return Policies
Products with broken tags are not accepted for return.
Customised Products are not eligible for return.
Return requests will only be accepted if the following criteria is fulfilled:
1. Intact Tag
2. No mark on the T-shirt (Inside/Outside)
3. No damage to the T-shirt.
Why your return request has been rejected?
1. The tag was broken
2. Product had no defect.
3. Product was damaged after delivery.
4. Customised T-shirts are not eligible for return or exchange.
