Return & Exchange Policy: 3-Day Easy Returns at Zenith Lifestyle
The Return/Exchange window is valid for 3 days starting from the day you receive your product. Products with broken tag and torn package are not accepted.
To place your return/exchange request, you can drop us a mail at zenithlifestyle.csa@gmail.com and our executives will get back to you.
The customer has to ship their product to our warehouse to return their product, the company is not liable to bare the shipping cost for returning the product.
After receiving the product at our warehouse, we conduct an extensive quality check to understand the issue. Upon successful clearance from the quality check team, we process the refund.
NOTE: CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
